WHAT IS ORDER PROCESSING?
Order processing is the workflow or process that takes place between a customer placing an order and the order gets delivered. Order processing includes all of the tasks that need to be carried out to deliver goods from the warehouse to the customer. Some of these tasks are picking and packing, along with the processes that fit within them, such as labeling, quality control, and even shipping. Every company apparently knows that order processing is an essential activity for the success of the business if they sell the products online. At the same time, it guarantees that the customer receives the products within the agreed period and without damages, but it also reduces logistics costs, increasing the company’s profit margins. Other than that, it is to ensure customer orders are properly prepared and delivered to the right place.

After the order is placed, GDEX receives a confirmation update on the date, time, and place for shipment pick up.
STEP 3 : PACKAGES PICKED
